The status of equality was considerably worse even just ten years ago compared to now, and wages are rising for women and minorities. Extremely positive changes have occurred in people's awareness of inequality and the more people who work for equality, the quicker it will become ingrained in our culture. Will humanity, however, ever achieve complete equality for all? Whether it is social, economic, or legal disparity that concerns us, equality and inequality are commonly regarded as crucial categories. We ought to participate in the conflicts that are referred to as fighting for equality or fighting against inequality, but this terminology is merely political. The philosophical aim, however, is the removal of class distinctions and monetary relationships, which would lead to the collapse of a vast number of social categories of inequality that already exist. Since it acknowledges each person's unique abilities and needs, the motto "from each according to ability, to each according to needs" ensures a considerably higher standard of living in terms of both material goods and spiritual well-being for everyone. So, what does this mean in practice? A young disadvantaged child might even help erase inequalities with its ability to flip the bird at an upper-class manager, of whom this gesture was sorely needed in order to recognize said inequalities. For It is necessary for everyone to recognize inequalities in order to help erase them.
